NV Gold announces $415,800 private placement of 2.1 million units

NV Gold Corporation (TSXV:NVX)(OTCQB: NVGLF)(FSE:8NV) announced a non-brokered private placement of 2,079,002 units priced at $0.20 per unit, raising gross proceeds of $415,800.40.



Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant. The warrants are exercisable at $0.50 per share and expire two years from the issuance date.



Securities issued in the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day after closing. The offering requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.



The company stated it expects to use the gross proceeds for general working capital purposes.



NV Gold operates as an exploration company with approximately 24.2 million shares outstanding and no debt. The Vancouver and Reno-based company maintains 12 exploration projects in Nevada and one in Switzerland, with three priority projects including Slumber, Triple T and SW Pipe.
