Morocco Strategic Minerals raises $600,000 in private placement

Morocco Strategic Minerals Corporation (TSXV: MCC) completed a non-brokered private placement raising gross proceeds of $600,000 through the issuance of 6,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.15 per share until December 19, 2027.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period ending April 20, 2026. The offering remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company expects to pay finder's fees totaling $17,500 and issue 175,000 warrants to third parties for their services in connection with the offering.
Morocco Strategic Minerals intends to allocate the net proceeds toward development of its portfolio in Quebec and Morocco, including potential growth opportunities, and for general working capital purposes.
The company is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing natural resource properties in Canada and Morocco.
