MiMedia plans $6 million private placement with Credico partnership
MiMedia Holdings Inc. (TSXV: MIM) (OTCQB: MIMDF) (FSE: KH3) announced it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 24 million subordinate voting shares at $0.25 per share for gross proceeds of up to $6 million.
The company also announced a business development partnership with Credico, an outsourced sales and customer acquisition firm operating in North America, Europe, India and South Africa for over 35 years. The net proceeds will support growth initiatives, operations and general working capital purposes. The offering requires approvals including from the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period.
