Marcus Corp. (NYSE: MCS) filed a registration with the U.S. SEC to sell, from time to time, up to $150 million of Debt Securities, Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Warrants, Stock Purchase Contracts, Stock Purchase Units, or any combination thereof.
In addition, Marcus filed to sell up to 5 million of its common stock on behalf of selling shareholders. The Company will not receive proceeds from the secondary offering.
