MagnaChip Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE: MX) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to 20,789,539 shares of its Common Stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders.

MagnaChip will not receive proceeds from the sales by Shareholders.
