Magma Silver announces $4 million private placement for Peru project

Magma Silver Corp. (TSXV: MGMA) announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 26.67 million units at $0.15 per unit to raise up to $4 million in gross proceeds.



Each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional common shares at $0.25 per share within 36 months of closing.



The Vancouver-based mining exploration company plans to use proceeds for exploration at its NiƱobamba silver-gold project in Peru, working capital and general corporate purposes.



The offering is expected to close on or around October 22, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Research Capital Corporation will serve as the exclusive finder for the placement and receive finder's fees and warrants for investors it introduces.



Magma Silver focuses on the NiƱobamba project, which spans an 8-kilometer mineralized corridor in Peru. The property has received over C$14.5 million in previous exploration investment from companies including Newmont Corporation and AngloGold Ashanti Limited.



The company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MGMA, on the OTCQB market as MAGMF, and on the Frankfurt Exchange as BC21.
