MDxHealth files for $200 million stock offering

MDxHealth (NASDAQ: MDXH) filed a prospectus to offer and sell up to $200 million in ordinary shares through one or more offerings, according to a company statement.
The molecular diagnostics company may conduct the sales through public or private transactions, either directly or through underwriters, agents or dealers. The transactions may occur on or off the Nasdaq Capital Market at prevailing market prices or privately negotiated prices.
The company stated that specific terms of the securities will be provided in supplements to the prospectus. Any prospectus supplement will include the names of underwriters, agents or dealers involved in the sale, along with applicable fees or commissions.
The prospectus cannot be used to offer and sell securities without an accompanying prospectus supplement for those securities, according to the filing.
