Lyntris launches IPO at $19-$22 per share on NYSE
Lyntris Inc., a defense technology company, announced the launch of its initial public offering of 24,000,000 shares of common stock, with an expected price range of $19.00 to $22.00 per share.
The offering consists of 4,878,049 shares being sold by Lyntris and 19,121,951 shares being offered by certain selling stockholders. Lyntris will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
The selling stockholders expect to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,600,000 shares to cover over-allotments. Lyntris has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NYSE: LYNX.
Evercore ISI, Citigroup, and Guggenheim Securities are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Securities is serving as a joint book-running manager, while Baird, Raymond James, and William Blair are acting as bookrunners.
A registration statement on Form S-1 has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. According to the company's press release, Lyntris provides hardware, software, and defense connectivity solutions for military applications.
