Kiboko Gold Inc. (TSXV: KIB) announced it has reduced the pricing of its non-brokered private placement from $0.10 to $0.08 per unit. The private placement, originally announced September 30, aims to raise up to $1,000,000.

The revised offering will consist of up to 12,500,000 units on a post-consolidation basis. Each unit includes one common share and one transferable warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional common shares at $0.12 for two years following the placement's completion.

The company stated the repricing reflects current market conditions for its common shares. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the original announcement.

The placement closing requires customary conditions and approvals, including TSX Venture Exchange approval. Kiboko may pay finders' fees in accordance with exchange policies. The company plans to use net proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.

Common shares and warrants issued will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period under Canadian securities laws. The securities will be issued on a post-consolidation basis, with the consolidation subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Kiboko is a Canadian exploration company focused on the Harricana Gold Project, located 55 kilometers north of Val-d'Or, Quebec, in the southern Abitibi gold belt. The information is based on a company press release statement.
