KKR to sell 5 million BridgeBio shares in secondary offering

KKR Genetic Disorder L.P. is offering 5,000,000 shares of BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBIO) common stock in a secondary public offering, according to a press release from the company.
BridgeBio will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the transaction.
William Blair, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and KKR are serving as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, with no assurance as to whether, or when, it may be completed, or as to its final size or terms.
The shares are being offered under an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3ASR filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which became effective upon filing on July 24, 2026.
