Janus Living prices stock offering at $29 per share

Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE: JAN), a senior housing real estate investment trust, announced the pricing of a public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock at $29.00 per share.



The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares at the same public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is expected to close on August 12, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.



Janus Living said it expects to use net proceeds from the offering to pursue acquisition and investment opportunities and for general corporate purposes.



BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as lead book-running managers. BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank, and Truist Securities are acting as bookrunners. BTIG, Citizens Capital Markets, Huntington Capital Markets, M&T Securities, Ramirez & Co., Inc., Raymond James, Roberts & Ryan, and SMBC Nikko are acting as co-managers.
