Integrated Quantum Technologies raises $2.5 million in oversubscribed offering
Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. (CSE: ICS) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FSE: Y4G), operating as Integrated Quantum Technologies, completed a non-brokered private placement that raised $2,507,500, exceeding its target by $507,500.
The company sold 5,015,000 units at $0.50 each. Each unit includes one common share and half of a warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.75 for two years from issuance.
Integrated Quantum paid $78,575 in finder's fees, representing 7% of proceeds from subscribers introduced by third-party finders. The company also issued 157,150 finder's fee warrants exercisable at $0.75 for two years.
The securities carry a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws. Net proceeds will fund general working capital and software development.
Integrated Quantum develops quantum-ready infrastructure for artificial intelligence security. The company's offerings include the AIQu platform and VEIL product for protecting AI data and workflows in enterprise environments, along with its SecureGuard360 cybersecurity platform.
