Independence Gold plans $750,000 private placement for BC exploration
Independence Gold Corp. (TSXV: IGO) announced a non-brokered private placement financing to raise $750,000 through the issuance of 7,142,858 flow-through common shares at $0.105 per share.
The Vancouver-based company stated the proceeds will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenditures at its 3Ts Gold and Silver Project in British Columbia. These expenditures will qualify as flow-through mining expenditures under the Income Tax Act of Canada and will be renounced to subscribers effective December 31, 2026.
The financing remains subject to regulatory approvals, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Independence Gold may pay finders' fees and issue finders' warrants to eligible parties for certain subscriptions, pending compliance with securities laws and exchange approval.
The securities will carry a four-month-and-one-day hold period following closing. The company trades on the TSXV under ticker IGO, on the OTCQB as IEGCF, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under symbol 625.
