Immix Biopharma closes $125M stock offering at $11 per share

Immix Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMMX) has closed an underwritten registered offering of 11,363,637 shares of common stock at $11.00 per share, according to a company statement.
The net proceeds to the company, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses, totaled approximately $117.1 million. Immix said it intends to use the funds for NXC-201 development, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The shares were sold pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Jan. 9, 2026, and declared effective on Jan. 22, 2026.
NXC-201 is a BCMA-targeted CAR-T cell therapy being evaluated in a U.S. multi-center study for relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis. The therapy has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation and Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, as well as Orphan Drug Designation from both the FDA and the European Medicines Agency.
