IQM Quantum Computers issues 577,237 shares via warrant exercise

IQM Quantum Computers Plc (Nasdaq: IQMX) has issued 577,237 new shares following the exercise of warrants by Kreos Capital VII Aggregator SCSp, according to a company statement.
The warrants were originally issued to Kreos in connection with a financing arrangement under a warrant agreement dated December 23, 2025. Under that agreement, Kreos was entitled to subscribe for a maximum of 1,015,511 shares. Kreos exercised all outstanding warrants through a net exercise, electing to receive a reduced number of shares rather than paying the subscription price in cash, resulting in 577,237 shares being issued.
The aggregate subscription price of €5,772.37, at €0.01 per share, will be recorded in the company's reserve for invested unrestricted equity. No warrants remain outstanding under the warrant agreement following this transaction.
The new shares were registered with the Finnish Trade Register on July 16, 2026, bringing IQM's total share and vote count to 263,039,597. The shares are expected to begin trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about July 20, 2026, alongside existing shares.
