Hyperscale Data launches $300M at-the-market stock offering
Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) has established an at-the-market equity offering program under which it may sell shares of its common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300 million, according to a press release issued June 18, 2026.
Spartan Capital Securities, LLC will act as sales agent for the offering. Sales may be made through ordinary brokers' transactions on the NYSE American or otherwise at prevailing market prices.
The company said it intends to use a majority of any net proceeds to develop its data facilities in Michigan and Montana, acquire additional Bitcoin, and purchase precious metals including gold, silver, and copper. A smaller portion is earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include repayment or refinancing of debt or capital stock.
The shares are being offered under a shelf registration statement that became effective on December 11, 2025.
Hyperscale Data, through its subsidiary Sentinum, owns and operates a data center where it mines digital assets and provides colocation and hosting services. The company also holds a diversified subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc., which it expects to divest in the second quarter of 2027.
