Hoth Therapeutics Inc. (HOTH) Prices 1.818M Share Common Offering at $2.75/Sh

Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOTH) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,818,182 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $2.75 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Hoth has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 272,727 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All shares of common stock are being offered by Hoth. Gross proceeds from the offering will be approximately $5.0 million. The offering is expected to close on or about May 27, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The Benchmark Company is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
