Hertz Energy cancels private placement announced in September

Hertz Energy Inc. (CSE: HZ) (OTCQB: HZLIF) (FSE: A340) has cancelled a non-brokered private placement that was announced on September 15, 2026, according to a statement from the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company.

No securities were issued under the offering and no subscription funds were advanced to the company. Hertz Energy said it continues to evaluate financing alternatives and will provide further updates as warranted.

Hertz Energy is a junior mineral exploration company focused on energy metals properties, including the Lake George Antimony-Tungsten-Gold Project in New Brunswick, the Harriman Antimony Project in Quebec, the Agastya Lithium Project in James Bay, Quebec, and the Crag-Rod Silver Project in east-central Yukon.
