Hemostemix raises $280,594 in private placement at $0.125 per share
Hemostemix Inc. (TSXV: HEM) (OTCQB: HMTXF) announced a non-brokered private placement raising $280,594 at $0.125 per share. The stem cell therapy company will issue 2,244,752 shares, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The company stated the investor is arm's length and not a related party at the time of disclosure, in accordance with TSXV Policy 4.1. Proceeds will support general working capital, operational expenses, and business development activities.
Calgary-based Hemostemix develops autologous stem cell therapies, offering its VesCell treatment for various cardiovascular and circulatory conditions under Florida's SB 1768 legislation. The company has completed seven clinical studies involving 318 subjects and published results in 11 peer-reviewed publications.
All securities issued in the offering are subject to a four-month hold period from closing under Canadian securities laws, plus any additional restrictions under applicable securities laws in other jurisdictions.
The company confirmed no material facts or changes about its operations have been withheld from public disclosure.
