Heckmann Corporation (NYSE: HEK) plans to sell 16,700,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
Heckmann also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,505,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Roth Capital Partners, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for this offering.
