Grizzly Discoveries completes $200,000 final tranche of private placement
Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSXV: GZD) closed the final tranche of its private placement on March 31, 2026, raising $200,000 through the sale of 5.7 million flow-through units at $0.035 per unit.
The Edmonton-based mineral exploration company completed the non-brokered private placement originally announced February 27, 2026. Total proceeds from both tranches reached $741,100 through the sale of 19.1 million flow-through units and 2.0 million units, all priced at $0.035 each.
Each unit includes one common share and one warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.055. The warrants expire within 30 days after the company notifies holders that shares have traded at or above CA$0.10 for 10 consecutive days, or after five years for regular units and three years for flow-through units.
Grizzly paid $41,463 in finder's fees and issued 1.2 million finder's warrants to five firms, with GloRes Securities receiving the largest portion at 685,800 warrants and $24,003 in fees.
The company now has 227.6 million common shares outstanding. New shares face trading restrictions until dates between July 18 and August 1, 2026, pending final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Grizzly plans to allocate $670,050 of proceeds to mineral property exploration, $29,600 to mineral rights and permits, and $41,450 to working capital including finder's fees. The company operates approximately 72,700 hectares of precious and base metals properties in southeastern British Columbia.
