Greenland Mines proposes public stock offering on Nasdaq

Greenland Mines Ltd (Nasdaq: GRML) announced a proposed public offering of shares of its common stock, with all securities to be sold by the company.



A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering. The company said it intends to use net proceeds, along with existing cash, to fund the acquisition of the Sarfartoq neodymium-praseodymium rare earth element project in southwest Greenland, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.



The securities are being offered under an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 7, 2025, and declared effective on July 25, 2025.



The company noted the offering is subject to market and other conditions, with no assurance as to whether, or when, the offering may be completed, or as to its final size or terms.



Greenland Mines operates two divisions: a mining division focused on the Skaergaard project in southeast Greenland and the pending Sarfartoq project, and a biotech division. The company is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.
