Goldman Sachs (GS) Considering Stock Offering To Pay Back TARP

The Wall Street Joural reported on Friday that Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) is considering a multibillion-dollar share offering as part of an effort to repay its $10 billion in TARP money.
The Journal said the move, which has been speculated about for months, could come as early as this week with earnings due on Tuesday.
