Proceeds from flow-through units will fund Canadian exploration expenses at the company's Great Northern Project in Newfoundland. Hard dollar proceeds will support general working capital and administrative purposes.

"Closing this first tranche provides Gold Hunter with the immediate capital required to advance the Great Northern Project," said Sean A. Kingsley, president and CEO. "With over $1.1 million secured, we are well-positioned to execute our exploration strategy in the new year."

The Great Northern Project spans 40 kilometers of strike length across 26,237 hectares along the Doucers Valley Fault Structure in Newfoundland. The company plans to conduct a drill program targeting exploration anomalies in the area.

Gold Hunter announced the private placement on December 11, 2025, according to the company statement.
