Global Net Lease extends shelf registration, enters ATM sales agreement

Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) filed a Form 8-K related to entering an ATM Equity Offering Sales Agreement as part of extending its existing shelf registration, which was set to expire in November 2025.
"We submitted this administrative filing to inform the financial community that we have extended our shelf registration, which was set to expire, and entered into the sales agreement as is customary," said Michael Weil, CEO of GNL.
The company stated it remains committed to maintaining a strong balance sheet and disciplined capital strategy through continued debt reduction and opportunistic share repurchases.
Global Net Lease is a publicly traded real estate investment trust that acquires and manages income producing net lease assets across the U.S., Western and Northern Europe.
