Global Medical REIT prices $50 million preferred stock offering

Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE: GMRE) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2 million shares of 8.00% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at $25.00 per share. The company expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately $50 million before deducting underwriting costs and expenses.
The offering is scheduled to close on November 20, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares to cover over-allotments.
Global Medical REIT plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include funding new acquisitions and repaying debt under its credit facility. The company intends to list the Series B Preferred Stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GMRE PrB."
Raymond James, BMO Capital Markets, Stifel and Baird are serving as book-running managers for the offering. Janney Montgomery Scott, B. Riley Securities, Ladenburg Thalmann, Berenberg and Colliers Securities LLC are co-managers.
The offering is being conducted under the company's shelf registration statement that was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4, 2024.
Global Medical REIT is a net-lease medical real estate investment trust that acquires healthcare facilities and leases them to physician groups and regional and national healthcare systems.
