Global Compliance Applications closes first tranche of private placement

Global Compliance Applications Corp. (CSE: APP) (FSE: TK6) (OTC Pink: FUAPF) has closed the first tranche of a private placement, issuing 41,000,000 units at $0.005 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD$205,000.
Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.05 per share for two years from closing, with an expiry date of October 2, 2028.
The first tranche units are subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day hold period expiring February 3, 2027. The full private placement, which may close in one or more tranches, remains subject to approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The company said proceeds will be used for general working capital. The private placement was first announced in a news release dated September 17, 2026.
