Gamma Resources raises private placement target to $1.5 million

Gamma Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GAMA)(OTCQB: GAMXF)(FRA: MRDO) has increased its non-brokered private placement from $880,000 to up to $1,500,000 in gross proceeds, according to a company statement.



The placement consists of up to 18,750,000 units priced at $0.08 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.12 for 36 months following the closing date.



The company said it anticipates closing a first tranche shortly, with a second tranche to follow. Both tranches are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.



All securities issued under the placement will carry a four-month plus one-day hold period from the closing date, in accordance with applicable securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies. The securities have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption.



Gamma Resources is a uranium exploration company with assets in Utah and New Mexico. The original private placement was announced July 31, 2026.
