Focus Graphite completes C$891,000 private placement financing

Focus Graphite Advanced Materials Inc. (TSXV: FMS) (OTCQB: FCSMF) (FSE: FKC0) completed a non-brokered private placement raising C$891,000 in gross proceeds, the company announced.



The company issued 7,425,000 units at C$0.12 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant allowing the holder to purchase an additional common share at C$0.22 within 24 months of issuance.



The securities carry a four-month hold period ending December 9, 2025. Focus Graphite paid C$42,480 in finder's fees and issued 354,000 finder warrants exercisable at C$0.22 per share until August 8, 2027.



The company stated it will use proceeds to maintain existing operations and general working capital, including funding its battery technology initiatives and advanced materials development.



Focus Graphite operates two graphite projects in Canada: the Lac Knife project, which has completed a feasibility study, and the Lac Tétépisca project. The Ottawa-based company develops graphite materials for battery, defense, and advanced materials applications.



The TSX Venture Exchange conditionally approved the private placement. The securities have not been registered under U.S. securities laws and cannot be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an applicable exemption.
