Fibria Celulouse S.A. (NYSE: FBR) has priced its offering for common shares at R$15.83 and US$8.43 per ADS. The total global offering will be approximately R$1.35 billion, with a total of 86,000,000 common shares and ADSs. The ADSs are under the symbol FBR on NYSE, and the common shares listed on the Sao Paulo stock exchange are under the symbol FIBR3.
