Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) signed a non-binding term sheet with AIxC for a potential $10 million purchase of FFAI common stock, the electric vehicle company announced. AIxC indicated it intends to use the shares to explore digital asset products, including potential tokenization of the purchased shares.
The company also reached agreements with warrant holders to voluntarily terminate and cancel warrants exercisable for approximately 44.6 million shares of common stock. The warrant cancellations reduce the company's liabilities and potential equity dilution.
Faraday Future will host its first stockholders' day event on January 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time in Las Vegas. The event will include production, sales, delivery, service, and capacity plans for the FX Super One vehicle, along with a five-year business plan execution roadmap.
The company plans to present its 2026 outlook during the stockholders' day event, marking what it describes as the first structured forward-looking annual outlook since becoming a public company. The outlook will focus on four areas: strategy and business, capital, system build-up, and finance.
YT Jia, founder and co-CEO, outlined seven operational priorities for 2026, including user ecosystem development, product development, research and development, vehicle homologation and production, value return, market expansion, and organizational efficiency.
The information is based on a company press release statement. Faraday Future, founded in 2014, develops electric vehicles and mobility technology.
