EagleOne Metals Corporation (CSE: EAGL) (FSE: IJ2) has closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 750,666 units at $0.30 per unit for gross proceeds of $225,199.80, according to a statement from the Vancouver-based company.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant allows the holder to acquire one additional share at $0.60 per share until September 11, 2028.
The company holds the right to accelerate the warrant expiry date if its common shares trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange at or above $1.00 for five consecutive trading days, provided at least four months and one day have passed since the closing date. In that case, the warrants would expire 30 calendar days after the company issues a news release announcing the acceleration.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period expiring January 12, 2027. No finder's fees or commissions were paid in connection with the placement.
The company said proceeds will be used for ongoing corporate development and general working capital.
