Eagle Point Income launches $100 million preferred stock offering

Eagle Point Income Company Inc. (NYSE: EIC) commenced a public offering of up to 4,000,000 shares of 6.00% Series AA and Series AB Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock at $25 per share. The offering would generate approximately $91 million in net proceeds after commissions and expenses if all shares are sold.
The preferred stock carries a 6.00% annual dividend rate paid monthly and has received a BBB rating from Egan-Jones Ratings Company. The securities are perpetual and convertible by holders into common stock or cash at the company's discretion, subject to certain conditions.
Eagle Point Securities LLC, an affiliate of the company's investment adviser Eagle Point Income Management LLC, serves as dealer manager for the offering. The firm is a FINRA and SIPC member.
Eagle Point Income Company is a closed-end management investment company focused on generating high current income and capital appreciation. The company primarily invests in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations and may allocate up to 35% of total assets to CLO equity securities and other instruments aligned with its investment objectives.
The offering operates under a shelf registration statement filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The prospectus supplement is dated March 9, 2026, with an accompanying prospectus dated December 9, 2024.
