EUDA Health Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: EUDA) entered into a securities purchase agreement with Streeterville Capital, LLC on November 26, 2025, for the sale of a convertible warrant valued at $100,000.

The warrant allows Streeterville Capital to purchase up to 2,000,000 newly issued EUDA ordinary shares at an exercise price of $6.00 per share. The transaction is being conducted under the company's effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3.

The warrant may be exercised for cash during a 90-day period from issuance, subject to potential extension by mutual agreement. During this cash exercise period, EUDA retains the right to require Streeterville Capital to exercise the warrant up to 10% of cumulative dollar trading volume if the company's share price closes at or above $7.50 for five consecutive trading days and cumulative trading volume reaches at least $1.5 million over that period.

Streeterville Capital operates as an investment firm with locations in Utah and Tennessee, holding investments in companies including Cingulate, the Marygold Companies, and Damon Inc.

EUDA CEO Alfred Lim stated the agreement "represents another deliberate step in strengthening our capital position and advancing EUDA's growth strategy."

EUDA operates as a non-invasive healthcare provider focused on Singapore, Malaysia, and China. The Singapore-based company also maintains a property management business. The warrant financing is intended to support expansion initiatives including new centers, partnerships, and technology investments across Asian markets.
