Duos Technologies Group Inc. (NASDAQ: DUOT) completed an underwritten public offering of 8.67 million common shares, raising approximately $65 million in gross proceeds before fees and expenses. The offering closed on March 2, 2026.
The Jacksonville, Florida-based edge data center solutions provider sold shares to both existing institutional shareholders and new institutional investors. Titan Partners, a division of American Capital Partners, served as the sole bookrunner for the offering.
The company stated the financing will support its approximately $200 million NVIDIA GPU hosting letter of intent with Hydra Host. Doug Recker will become chief executive officer effective April 1, 2026.
"This financing represents a strong vote of confidence from both new and existing investors, as well as our new strategic partner Hydra Host, in Duos' leadership, strategy and growth trajectory," Recker said in the announcement.
Duos Technologies plans to use the net proceeds to expand and commercialize its edge data center business, along with working capital and general corporate purposes. The company provides adaptive, modular and scalable edge data center solutions.
The offering was conducted under a shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 11, 2026, and declared effective February 12, 2026.
Through its subsidiaries Duos Technologies Inc., Duos Edge AI Inc., and Duos Energy Corporation, the company designs and operates technology solutions for machine vision and artificial intelligence applications, according to the press release.
