Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO) completed a registered direct offering that raised approximately $50.0 million in gross proceeds before deducting placement agent fees and expenses, the drone solutions company announced.
The offering involved the sale of 7,150,000 common shares or pre-funded warrants at $7.00 per share. Maxim Group LLC served as lead placement agent, with Raymond James Ltd. and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. acting as co-placement agents.
The company stated it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including funding capabilities to meet demand for new products, growth initiatives, working capital requirements, continuing development and marketing of core products, potential acquisitions, and research and development.
The offering was conducted under an effective shelf registration statement on Form F-10 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that became automatically effective on February 25, 2026, and the company's Canadian short form base shelf prospectus dated October 24, 2025. Securities were offered and sold only to U.S. purchasers, with no sales to Canadian buyers.
Draganfly trades on multiple exchanges including NASDAQ (DPRO), the Canadian Securities Exchange (DPRO), and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (3U8A). The Saskatoon-based company develops drone solutions, software, and robotics for various sectors including public safety, agriculture, industrial inspections, security, mapping, and surveying.
