Creative Realities prices public offering at $3.50 per share

Creative Realities, Inc. (NASDAQ: CREX), a digital signage and AdTech solutions provider, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,528,571 shares of common stock at $3.50 per share, along with pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 900,000 shares at $3.49 per warrant.

The company expects gross proceeds of approximately $12.0 million before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses. Creative Realities has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 428,614 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The offering is expected to close on or about June 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Craig-Hallum is acting as sole managing underwriter.

The company stated it intends to use net proceeds for working capital, general corporate purposes, debt repayment, and potential acquisitions.
