Codexis prices public offering of 16.7M shares at $1.50 each

Codexis, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDXS) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 16,666,667 shares of common stock at $1.50 per share, according to a press release statement.
The company expects net proceeds of approximately $23.1 million after underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about July 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Codexis has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,500,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds to fund working capital and general corporate purposes, including research, development, and business activities.
Piper Sandler and Cantor are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering, with Craig-Hallum serving as co-manager.
