CoTec extends convertible debenture offering deadline to Oct. 15
CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV: CTH)(OTCQX: CTHCF) has announced an extension of the final closing date for its non-brokered private placement of unsecured convertible debentures to on or before October 15, 2026, subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The offering targets aggregate gross proceeds of up to $20 million. An initial closing announced September 17, 2026, raised $12,059,000. The company said it continues to work toward a second closing.
Kings Chapel International Ltd. has agreed to purchase up to $5 million in principal amount of convertible debentures at the final closing, to the extent that CoTec has not secured equivalent subscriptions from third-party investors. All other terms and conditions of the offering remain unchanged.
Completion of the offering remains subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. The company said it will issue a further news release upon completion of any additional closing.
