Clean Air Metals closes C$150,000 flow-through share placement

Clean Air Metals Inc. (TSXV: AIR) (FSE: CKU) (OTC Pink: CLRMF) has closed a non-brokered private placement of 2,500,000 flow-through common shares at C$0.06 per share, raising gross proceeds of C$150,000.
The company said proceeds will be used to fund exploration and development activities at its Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals Project in Ontario, covering expenses that qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures" under Canada's Income Tax Act.
The offering remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Securities issued under the placement are subject to a four-month-plus-one-day hold period expiring Feb. 10, 2027, under applicable securities legislation and TSXV policies.
The Thunder Bay North project, located 40 kilometers northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario, hosts an indicated mineral resource of 14.9 million tonnes grading 2.66 grams per tonne platinum and palladium, 0.40% copper, and 0.24% nickel, according to a November 2025 NI 43-101 technical report by SLR Consulting Canada Ltd.
