Circle launches public offering of 10 million shares

Circle Internet Group Inc. (NYSE: CRCL) announced a public offering of 10 million shares of Class A common stock. The financial technology company will offer 2 million shares, while selling stockholders will offer 8 million shares.
The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares of Class A common stock in connection with the offering.
J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are serving as joint lead active bookrunners for the offering.
A registration statement for the securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there is no assurance regarding completion timing or final terms.
Circle operates as a stablecoin market participant and issues USDC and EURC stablecoins through its regulated affiliates. The company provides financial and technology services for enterprises and developers to integrate stablecoins and blockchain technology into their operations.
