Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (Nasdaq: CIDM) intends to offer and sell in an underwritten public offering 6,000,000 registered shares of Class A common stock. Additionally, the Company intends to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital, acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
