Chijet Motor raises $11 million through registered direct offering
Chijet Motor Company Inc. (NASDAQ: CJET) announced it has entered into securities purchase agreements with investors for a registered direct offering of 8,461,530 class A ordinary shares at $1.30 per share.
The Chinese vehicle manufacturer expects to receive approximately $11.0 million in gross proceeds from the transaction. The offering includes an option for pre-funded warrants in lieu of shares for certain investors.
The transaction is scheduled to close on or about November 25, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Maxim Group LLC is serving as the sole placement agent for the offering.
The registered direct offering is being conducted under the company's Form F-3 registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which became effective on August 16, 2024. A prospectus supplement relating to the securities will be filed with the SEC.
Chijet Motor develops, manufactures and sells traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Jilin, China, and has plans for a new energy vehicle production facility in Yantai, China.
