Chegg to repurchase $8.9 million in convertible notes for $8.3 million

Chegg Inc. (NYSE: CHGG) announced it has entered into privately negotiated agreements to repurchase approximately $8.9 million in aggregate principal amount of its 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 for an aggregate cash price of approximately $8.3 million.



The transactions are part of Chegg's previously announced securities repurchase program and are expected to close on December 30, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.



Following the completion of these repurchases, approximately $53.9 million in aggregate principal amount of the notes will remain outstanding. The company will have approximately $141.8 million remaining available under its securities repurchase program.
