Casa Minerals raises $800,000 through private placement

Casa Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CASA) (OTCQB: CASXF) (FSE: 0CM) announced a non-brokered private placement financing to raise $800,000 in aggregate gross proceeds.
The company may issue up to 6.4 million units at $0.125 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant that allows the holder to purchase an additional share within two years of issuance. The warrant exercise price is $0.15 per share for the first three months, then increases to $0.20 per share for the remaining period.
Casa Minerals will pay a finder's fee of 6% in cash or shares to eligible finders in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. The company plans to use net proceeds for general administrative expenses and property investigations on projects in Arizona and British Columbia.
The securities will be subject to a four-month and one-day statutory hold period from the closing date. The offering requires approvals including final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Casa Minerals operates gold exploration activities at the Congress Gold Mine in Arizona and conducts copper-gold exploration in British Columbia. The information is based on a company press release.
