Caribou Bioscience (CRBU) Announces $100M Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Caribou Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRBU), a leading clinical-stage CRISPR genome-editing biopharmaceutical company, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $100 million of shares of its common stock. Caribou intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million of shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares in the proposed offering will be offered by Caribou. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.

BofA Securities, Leerink Partners, Evercore ISI, and RBC Capital Markets are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
