Cardlytics repays $46.1 million in convertible notes due 2025

Cardlytics Inc. (NASDAQ: CDLX) announced the full repayment of $46.1 million in aggregate principal amount of its 1.00% convertible senior notes that were due September 15, 2025.
Following the repayment, the commerce media platform company has $172.5 million in aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 4.25% convertible senior notes due in 2029 and $50 million drawn on its line of credit. The company reported cash and cash equivalents of $92.7 million as of August 31, 2025, and stated it remains in compliance with all financial covenants related to its line of credit.
"In our current environment, disciplined cash management remains a top priority for us," said Alexis DeSieno, Chief Financial Officer of Cardlytics. "We are evaluating all options to optimize our cost structure, strengthen our liquidity, and position the company to successfully manage the near-term dynamics."
DeSieno also stated the company is committed to achieving positive adjusted EBITDA for the full years 2025 and 2026.
