E-mailCanadian North Resources Inc. (TSXV: CNRI) (OTCQX: CNRSF) (FSE: EO0) announced it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the filing deadline for its private placement of convertible promissory notes.
The deadline has been moved from October 10, 2026 to November 9, 2026. The extension follows the company's original announcement of the private placement on August 26, 2026.
