Citi Trends, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTRN) said Comparable store sales increased 21.4% for the five- week period ended December 31, 2005. Separately, the company announced a proposed offering that will consist of up to 1,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock held by certain selling stockholders.
