BranchOut Food launches public stock offering on Nasdaq

BranchOut Food Inc. (Nasdaq: BOF) announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, with all shares to be sold by the company, according to a press release.
Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC is acting as the representative of the underwriters for the offering. The company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold in the offering to cover any over-allotments.
BranchOut Food said it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including operating expenses and capital expenditures. No specific dollar amount for the offering was disclosed.
The shares are being offered under a registration statement on Form S-3, declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 27, 2025. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and the company noted there is no assurance as to whether or when it may be completed, or as to its final size or terms.
BranchOut Food is a Bend, Oregon-based company that develops and manufactures dehydrated fruit and vegetable products.
